Salons & barbers · Edmond & Oklahoma City

Salon and barber websites that fill the book.

People pick a salon on their phone, usually after seeing your work on Instagram or Google. Then they want three answers: what it costs, who'll do it, and when they can get in. We build sites that answer all three and put the Book button everywhere.

  • Book in one tap
  • Priced service menus
  • Real photos
  • Live in 2–4 weeks

What's included

From scrolling to booked.

Hair salons, barbershops, nail bars, lash and brow studios: different services, same job. Show the work, show the price, make booking one tap.

  1. 01

    Booking you already use

Square Appointments, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Fresha or Boulevard: every Book button goes straight to your booking page, or to each stylist's own calendar. Clients keep booking the way they do now.

  2. 02

    A service menu with prices

Cuts, colour, extensions, nails, lashes and brows, with starting prices and how long each takes. “Call for pricing” makes people guess, and guessing people scroll on.

  3. 03

    Real photos of your work

Your chairs, your team and your actual results, not stock models. Sized and compressed so a full gallery doesn't slow the page down.

  4. 04

    A page for each stylist

A short bio, specialties and recent work for each person, with their own Book button. Clients often follow a stylist, not just a salon.

  5. 05

    Policies, said kindly

Deposits, cancellation windows, late arrivals, patch tests for lashes and colour. Clear before booking, so nobody's surprised at the chair.

  6. 06

    Ready for Google and Maps

Salon structured data, hours that match your Google Business Profile and a fast mobile build, so searches like “balayage Edmond” have something solid to find.

Who it's for

Salons, barbers, nail, lash and brow studios.

Independent salons and suite renters, barbershops, nail bars, and lash and brow artists across Edmond and the Oklahoma City metro. If your book is full of regulars but new clients can’t see your prices or your work without messaging you, this is for you.

A solo stylist, barber or lash artist usually needs a Launch site: who you are, your menu and prices, your work and a Book button. A salon with several stylists, a long menu and policies is a better fit for Growth, with a page per stylist. A salon with several locations or an online product shop is a Custom build.

Questions your site should answer

  • What does it cost
  • Who will do my hair, nails or lashes
  • What their work looks like
  • When's the next opening
  • What's the deposit and cancellation policy
  • Where do I park

Do you need one?

Your booking app came with a site. Is it enough?

Maybe. Some booking platforms include a simple booking site in their plans, and others sell one as an add-on. If you’re a solo artist with a full book from Instagram, that may be all you need, and we’ll say so.

A site of your own starts to matter when you want new clients to find you on Google, not only through social media; when you have a team to show off; when you want your own domain and look instead of the platform’s template; or when you might change booking software one day. Your website stays put, and we just point the Book buttons at the new system.

Your Google listing does a lot of the work for salons. A one-off Google listing cleanup is $279, and Local Visibility ($299 a month) keeps it current with posts and drafted review replies. Comparing options first? Read our guide to website costs in OKC.

FAQ

Good questions.

Can my website use the booking app I already have?

Yes. We link your Book buttons to Square Appointments, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Fresha, Boulevard or whatever you use, or embed its booking widget where the platform allows. Your clients and your calendar stay where they are.

Should a salon show prices on its website?

Usually, yes. Starting prices (for example “from $65”) with a note on what changes the price let people decide before they book and avoid surprises at the chair. We'll talk through what suits your services on the discovery call.

Can each stylist have their own booking link?

Yes, if your booking platform supports it. Each stylist or artist can have a profile with their specialties, photos of their work and a Book button that goes straight to their own calendar.

Do you take the photos?

We don't do photo shoots ourselves. Recent photos of your work from your phone or Instagram often work well once they're cropped and optimised. If you'd like a professional shoot, book it before the build and we'll design around the results.

How much does a salon website cost?

Launch is $1,290 for up to five pages, which suits most solo stylists and small studios. Growth is $2,190 for up to 12 pages with copywriting, which suits most salons with a team. Multi-location or shop builds start from $3,500. The Care Plan is $99 a month for hosting and unlimited small edits, like price or staff changes.

Do you work with salons outside Edmond?

Yes. We're based in Edmond and work with salons and barbers across Oklahoma City and the metro, from Norman to Yukon. Discovery is a call, design reviews happen on a live link, and we're glad to meet in person when it helps.
