Unlimited small edits, one request at a time: new prices, photos, menu items, opening hours or a fresh staff bio. Send a change, we make it, then send the next. Anything bigger, like a new page or section, gets a fixed quote before we start.

Local Visibility ($299 a month) is everything in the Care Plan, plus Google Business Profile management, two Google posts a month, drafted replies to new reviews, your hours, phone and links kept in sync across Google, Facebook, Yelp and Apple Maps, and a one-page report each month. It replaces Care rather than adding to it, so you only ever pay for one plan.

Yes: App Care, from $149 a month. It covers hosting, the database, backups, security updates and small changes, and it's required with any web app, because apps need ongoing hosting and upkeep. Web apps themselves start from $3,500.

No. The founding discount is for new websites, revamps and web apps only. The Care Plan, Local Visibility, App Care and add-ons are always at their listed price.

Yes, any time. Your site and code stay yours, and we hand over everything on request.

Yes, with $0 down. Spread a new website or revamp over 12 equal monthly payments, with no interest, alongside a Care Plan or Local Visibility (a web app works the same way, alongside App Care). Launch, for example, is $108 a month plus $99 for Care: $207 a month for the first 12 months, then just the $99 plan. The plan stays cancel-any-time. If you cancel it within the first 12 months, the rest of the build balance is due, and the site is yours once it's paid off.

On a Growth site, yes: it includes a simple editor (CMS) and a walkthrough. Launch sites don't have an editor, so the Care Plan is how changes get made: send them to us and we handle them, with unlimited small edits.

Often, yes. Choose “Care & add-ons” in the project request and tell us about your current site. We'll look at what it runs on and let you know whether it's a good fit.

Three, at flat prices with no founding discount. A Google listing cleanup ($279): we claim or verify your Google Business Profile, make your hours, phone and links match across Google, Facebook and Yelp, and add photos and your website link. A logo refresh ($349): a clean, modern version of your logo or wordmark for web and print. And an installable app ($399): your website as an app on customers' phones, with a home-screen icon, full-screen view, your schedule or menu available offline, and optional class or appointment reminders, for a site we build or look after. Pick any of them under “Care & add-ons” in the project request.

We build installable web apps (an icon on the home screen, works offline, reminders) and custom web apps and portals. We don't build App Store or Google Play apps, because for most small businesses an installable web app does the job for a fraction of the cost and upkeep.

No, it's optional. But a site nobody looks after slowly gets slower, less secure and out of date. The Care Plan is the simplest way to keep it working for you.
